Tour Highlights & Route Overview

A 9-day guided journey through Slovenia and Croatia: alpine lakes, dramatic caves, Adriatic coast, UNESCO sites, and historic towns. Three different departures with slight variations in routing, flights, and extra stops.


ARRIVAL

Fly into Budapest, Istanbul/Zagreb, or Vienna and transfer to your first overnight near Lake Balaton, Bled area, or Maribor/Kranj. Relax after the journey with a light dinner.


LJUBLJANA – Slovenia’s Charming Capital 

Explore the vibrant heart of Slovenia: stroll PreŠeren Square, admire St. Nicholas Cathedral, and enjoy panoramic views (optional funicular to Ljubljana Castle on some departures).

 

LAKE BLED – Iconic Alpine Beauty 

Marvel at emerald Lake Bled, visit hilltop Bled Castle, and glide across the lake by traditional pletna boat to the island church. Savor the famous kremšnita cream cake with stunning views (full experience optional on tour via Vienna).
