Afternoon sightseeing tour of charming Slovenia's capital, visiting squares along Ljubljanica river, exploring the stories of Ljubljana and its major sights: Prešeren square, Triple bridge, Cobbler's and Butcher's bridge, open air market, Town hall, Robba fountain, Congress square, baroque churches and medieval palaces. We take the funicular up to the castle hill. Evening at leisure in the old part of Ljubljana, rich in cultural and entertaining events. (H)

Breakfast. Morning drive to Bled. The day dedicated to the Alpine jewels of Slovenia, known for pure air, magnificent scenery and healing tranquility. We enjoy breathtaking view from 11th century Bled Castle, the oldest in Slovenia, perched on a steep cliff high above the lake. Walk at the lakeside. Drive to Bohinj. Cable car to mountain Vogel to enjoy the heart of Julian Alps and Triglav National Park and proceed with the walk to the enchanting waterfall Savica. (H, BD)

Breakfast. Experience the world-known Postojna cave, underground marvel of dripstones. Before the electric train takes us back to the day light, we see a human fish, a baby dragon. Mysterious Predjama castle, once home of the knight Erasmus, Slovenian Robin Hood, is the largest cave castle in the world. After visiting the castle, we continue to the historical pearl Piran, where we spend the evening at leisure in the vibrant atmosphere of the city. (H, BD)

Breakfast. Some time to enjoy the morning in Piran, the coastal town, which developed under the influence of Venice and is one of the most authentic and most photogenic towns. We explore the stories of Giuseppe Tartini and have a stroll in the labyrinths of Mediterranean medieval houses. Visit the traditional saltpans, established in 9th century, where we get the salt, the important source of health, straight from the Adriatic sea. Try the salty chocolate! End of the tour. (B)
